Man loses 37 pounds how???

Apparently this man lost 37 pounds by eating nothing but McDonalds for 3 months. Science teacher John Cisna lost 37 pounds and also saw dramatic improvements in health markers like cholesterol. He was inspired after he watched "Supersize Me' about a man that eats McDonalds and gets sick and overweigh...BUT John  kept to strict limitations-2,000 calories per day, while sticking close to the recommended dietary allowances for fat, cholesterol, and nutrients...it sounds to good to be true!

And expensive ;)
