You can find B vitamins, herbs, sucrose, glucose, ginger in Energy Drinks. None of these really deliver the kick you drank them for. Kevin Spak at Newser highlighted the LiveScience study results, those other ingredients  don't rev up your alertness.

You guessed it, it's the caffeine. Think I'll just ask the barista for an Expresso, please.
