After purchasing a Nashville home less than a year ago, country superstar
Taylor Swift has already put the estate back up for
sale.
RadarOnline.com has photos of the four-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 4,926
square-foot mansion that Swift put on the market for $1.45 million.
Swift
reportedly bought the home for her parents last year and it's unclear why she's
selling it so quickly.
According to Realtor.com the Tudor-style home,
which was recently renovated, expanded and restored, was built in 1925 and
features a library, outdoor entertainment area, marble bathroom floors,
intricate molded ceilings and a wood burning fireplace.
After cleaning up
in April at the Academy of Country Music Awards, the You Belong With Me singer
purchased her own Beverly Hills pad for $3.975 million.
