A risque Brett Favre float is in this year's Mardi Gras parade in New Orleans. The float features Captain Dong Shot, a 15-ft high Favre likeness with a cell phone in his hand. Also known as "Minnesota Chubby", Deadspin.com claims the float is decorated with Jets, Packers and Vikings hats.
