Hi friends, I am on a mission...Not only do I want to drop 10lbs, I want to revert my eating habits back to healthy. There was a time when I ate really well. It seems that since Ive had Presley and life has gotten really busy-ive become lazy in keeping healthy and eating right. It became way too easy to grab fast food on the go or pop in a microwave meal than it was to take the time to eat healthy..

I also have to make sure Presley grows up eating healthy and setting a good example for her.  So I've began my quest to get healthy and in shape.. Lots of great tips were given and I am greatful and will share them here on the blog every chance I get.

The biggest tip I was told to do was write down what I eat everyday..I thought, "how can this help?" It does..when you look on paper and seen what you've eaten, you definatley take alert to what you eat the next day..

Here was my Monday menu:

430AM: 1 Bowl of cereal (Honeycombs)

6AM:Tuna Sanwhich..tuna on what pitas (I tried to stick to healthy) and 1 bottle of Mountain Dew

1130AM: The Bear and Charli Bacon Cheeseburger with fries at The Blackstone...how could I NOT eat my namesake??

3p: Mountain Dew

7p: Tuna Sandwich on wheat pita

830P:  6 Twizzler sticks

When I look at that I notice one big thing..no veggies or fruits at all, so hopefully when I make up my menu for my family and myself Ill be conscious to include many servings of those..

I also have to quit the Mountain Dew..it's like a drug!! I LOVE THE SWEETNESS of it!! Awe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did walk 2.3 miles yesterday-exercise is a must!!
