VIDEO: BRET MICHAELS' VERSION OF "THE STAR-SPANGLED BANNER" BEING CALLED ONE OF THE WORST EVER
Bret Michaels served as Grand Marshal at the Ford 400 at NASCAR's Ford Championship Weekend. He also "honored" America before the race by singing the national anthem. But Bret couldn't hit any of the high notes, so he had a local singer perform the song with him.
Speaking of bad anthems, here is Billboard magazine's list of the "10 worst national anthem performances ever":
1. Kat DeLuna, 2008
2. Roseanne Barr, 1990
3. Michael Bolton, 2003
4. Scott Stapp, 2005
5. Aaron Neville, Aretha Franklin and Dr. John, 2006
6. Jesse McCartney, 2009
7. Steven Tyler, 2001
8. R. Kelly, 2005
9. Keri Hilson, 2010
10. Josh Groban and Flea, 2010
