FAVRE ACCUSER WON'T SUE IF NFL SUSPENDS QB
Jenn Sterger's rep says she won’t sue Brett Favre or the New York Jets if the NFL suspends the Minnesota Vikings QB.
The former NY Jets sideline reporter claims that Favre texted her a picture of his penis when he was with the Jets. The NFL has conducted an investigation.
Sterger's rep says if the NFL suspends Favre and puts him in a program to make sure this doesn't happen again, she won’t sue anyone.
The rep also says Brett's agent tried to pay Jenn off before the story first appeared online (Deadspin.com).
