PEPPER-SPRAYED SANS PANTS
Cops in Madison, Wisconsin had another run in with a man that goes by the nickname "Creature"... and apparently, he has been known to fight with cops.
Creature was running around ripping apart bikes locked to a bike rack. During his bike dismantling, he started screaming and took off his pants.
Cops showed up and tried to stop the guy from stealing bike parts, but he didn't listen. That's when they pepper-sprayed him in the face.
They arrested the nut job and booked him into the county jail.
