The prank movie “Jackass 3-D” easily took the top spot at the weekend box office.
The comedy based on the MTV series featuring Johnny Knoxville took in $50 million from Friday to Sunday to open up in first.
“Red” featuring Bruce Willis opened in second with $22.5 million, and last weekend’s number one “The Social Network” fell to third with $11 million.
