MAN HAD (SURVIVED) A 0.559 BLOOD-ALCOHOL LEVEL

A guy man found lying on the ground had a blood-alcohol level nearly seven times the legal proof of intoxication in Wisconsin.

Cops were called when a resident reported seeing a man lying on the ground after another man rang the doorbell.

Police took the guy to a hospital after finding him unconscious.

And according to a police incident report, the unconscious man had a blood-alcohol level of 0.559 percent.

The man was carrying no identification. .. and he later left the hospital against doctors’ advice.
