(HORRIBLE HUMAN)... MOM ACCUSED OF DUCT-TAPING CHILD TO A CHAIR

A Pennsylvania mom is under fire after pictures of her child duct-taped to a chair surfaced on the internet.

She is in the pictures too.

Authorities found the picture after the mother filed an identity theft complaint.

She is not admitting that she is the one who duct-taped her child to the chair.

Police believe the duct-taping happened over the summer and any injuries the child would have obtained would have healed by now.
