(GAME OVER, BELCH!)... ONE IN 12 FANS LEAVES MAJOR SPORTS EVENTS DRUNK

A new study found that one in every 12 fans leaves a major sporting event intoxicated.

The study measured the blood alcohol content of 382 people after 13 baseball games and three football games. 8 percent had a BAC of 0.08 or higher.

Also, folks who had tailgated before the game were 14 times more likely to leave the game drunk.

Fans under the age of 35 were nine times more likely to be drunk.

About one in four fans who tailgated drank five or more alcoholic beverages and those in the highest BAC range had an average of 6.6 drinks.
