NAKED GUY RUNNING.... ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT BEARS QB JAY CUTLER

A 40 year old man from Big Rock, Illinois felt like he was being ignored so he stirred up some attention by running though a restaurant parking lot... naked.

He was yelling random things, like: "Do you think Jay Cutler gave up?," as he ran though the parking lot.

Then a female cop tried to grab the guy and get him into her car but he karate chopped her in the throat with his free hand. She eventually tackled the guy and sat on him until another cop came to help.

The guy said he felt ignored so he tried to cause a scene... and it worked.

He's going to be charged with aggravated battery.
