MEXICO'S MUTANT POINTY BOOTS ARE TAKING OVER THE WORLD

Young men in Mexico are developing an obsession for pointy-toed shoes, and it has sparked a world-wide trend.
One man saw a photo of sequined cowboy boots with pointy toes so long, they curled up toward the knees. He wanted a pair, but with even longer toes. The shoemaker thought he was crazy, but soon everyone wanted these boots.
The trend goes hand in hand with a craze for "tribal dance" where the men wear western shirts and skinny jeans.
The boots attract women because it makes the men look more daring.
