If you tweeted a picture of your ballot yesterday (Tuesday) you may have broken the law. 

Most states don't allow filming or photographing inside polling places or disallow the sharing of one's own ballot.

But if you used Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to share your vote you won't likely go to jail because the laws are almost never enforced.
