An out-of-town hunter near Leland, WI killed a rare white buck, ticking off quite a few neighbors.

The area only has about eight white deer.

They aren't protected and there was nothing illegal about it, but the people in the area have an unspoken agreement not to shoot them.

When an out-of-towner bagged one, the locals flipped out.

Hunters are outraged and they're calling on the WI Department of Natural Resources to do more to protect the rare deer.
