The Rolling Stones announced a surprise "warm-up gig" last night in Paris and within an hour, fans were rushing to snap up one of the 350 tickets for the show.

The $20 tickets were announced on the Rolling Stones Twitter account.

The show was intended as a "prep" for the band's 50th anniversary arena shows in London and New Jersey.

The group hadn't played together live in five years.
