- Who gets this job?  A website you've probably never heard of has sent brave people around the country to find the Number One Party Campus and the University of Wisconsin Madison has come in third on the list.  The surveyor must have showed up on a slow weekend, maybe the Badgers were out of town at an away game.  Arizona State University came in as the top party school in the country.
