Kate Upton will be on the cover of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit Issue for the second year in a row.
Upton's super-secret cover was leaked online just ahead of the official unveiling on "The Late Show with David Letterman" tonight (Monday).
The popular Swimsuit Issue comes out on Tuesday.
