An Indiana man was nabbed driving under the influence in a shopping scooter.

He was pulled over because he was scooting along North bound in the Southbound lane (down Indiana 135) and motoroists could barely see him.

Not only was he drunk, the scooter didn't belong to him.  It was the property of a 24-hour Walmart more than 4 miles away.

Police arrested the man on charges of theft and driving under the influence.

He was taken to jail and the scooter was returned to the Walmart store.
