The (Scottish) government has launched a "Drop a Glass Size" Campaign, to encourage women to think about the health effects of drinking above the recommended alcohol amounts.

The campaign's mobile phone app is called "Drinking Mirror" and it lets users upload photos of themselves to show how their faces could age if they keep drinking at their current rate.

It shows that "deeper wrinkles, red cheeks and weight gain" are some of the visible effects of regular heavy drinking.
