A Hooters girl says the restaurant chain does NOT pay for breast implants.

The 28-year-old waitress says servers are supposed to build personal relationships with customers, which, she doesn't think is encouraged as much at other places. 

She says the majority of customers are regulars but aren't just single men… there are families, wives and girlfriends too. 

The Hooters girl describes her co-workers as bright young women most of whom just wanted to make a little money to get through school.
