The city of Janesville, WI posts the names, addresses, and mug shots of people who have been busted for DUI five or more times, on a map.

The map was started back in 2010 and now has 54 people on it.

It not only shows where they live, but also lists the status of their driver's license.

The point is to identify problem offenders, and to encourage people to keep an eye out for them.

They also hope it has a shaming effect that could keep them from driving drunk again.
