MOM ZIP-TIED HER SON IN THE BACKYARD SO SHE COULD RUN ERRANDS
An 11-year-old boy was found zip-tied to a pole in a backyard Mesa, Arizona.
His mother told cops she had grounded the boy and he wasn't allowed to leave but she had to run errands, so she zip-tied him in the backyard. (She had taken her two-year-old daughter with her.)
Neighbors called the cops and when they got there, they found him sitting with his arms and legs around a porch post with his hands and feet zip-tied together.
He had a cut on his finger and will most likely need a couple of stitches.
The mother-of-the-year nominee was booked for child abuse and false imprisonment.
There's no word on whether she'll get to keep her kids.
