Check out the latest PSA from the IRS on getting a transcript for your files.  It features 'Eric', an IRS employee who's very friendly, very helpful, and who happens to be very BLIND.   He also speaks with a LISP. Call me cynical, but something tells me the Internal Revenue Service KNOWS how much everyone hates them . . . and might be using this dude to generate sympathy.
