Concertgoers have the ability to tweet the night away, Instagram their snapshots and “check in” with friends on Facebook. A Washington D-C club recently put the kibosh on electronics at one of their shows, but should venues be allowed to tell ticket-holders whether or not they may whip out their phones and cameras mid-set? Does this diffuse distractions for performers, or to force fans to focus on the show – not their iPhones?
