LADY GAGA HAS THE SAME MESSAGE

NME put together a retrospective dealing with Lady Gaga’s styles throughout the past six years. While she’s always been extravagant, her fashions certainly have changed. Gaga told us awhile back that one thing would never change about her though, and that’s this message. Lady Gaga is releasing her own perfume this summer called Fame. Head to MTVNews.mom for more.

SPICE GIRLS DOCUMENTARY PLANNED
During the ‘90s, like them or not, the Spice Girls were one of the biggest acts going at the time. Although the group effectively broke up almost a decade ago, a buzz is beginning to generate again about the British pop band, due to talks about a documentary about the group that will coincide with the release of the musical Viva Forever, a play that plans to explore the music and themes of the once popular act. London’s The Mirror reports that the 90-minute Spice Girls documentary, which intends to be a warts and all look at the Spice Girls’ rise to fame, is being considered at the moment. However, it all depends on the approval of former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, a-k-a “Posh Spice,” who vehemently tried to stop the airing of a previous Spice Girls documentary in 2001.

ANN WILSON’S FIRST GIG

Today (6/19), Heart’s Ann Wilson turns 62 years old. The rocker has been making and playing music for almost five decades and told us about her first ever gig with her sister and bandmate, Nancy.
“I was probably 16. It would’ve been in my parent’s church on a youth Sunday and Nancy and I went in, just two girls with two acoustic guitars and I think we played ‘When the Music’s Over’ by The Doors.”
Heart have certainly moved on to bigger venues and they’ll likely be hitting one near you. The ladies have tons of dates lined up through October and you can get them all at Heart-Music.com.
· TIDBIT: As a child, Ann turned to music because a stuttering problem made her shy.
