Madonna is in Malawi to lay the first brick at the construction site for her new 15-million dollar school for girls, and the pop star decided to write on her blog so fans knew exactly how the experience made her feel. KING OF LEON TWEETS FROM STUDIO

 

Kings of Leon entered the studio this week. Time Magazine is currently hosting a poll to find the top 100 most influential people in government, science, technology, and arts for 2010. Taylor Swift is currently seated at number-36 on the list, followed by other luminaries such as Lady Gaga, Oprah and Barack Obama. The top rated influential icon will appear on the front cover of an upcoming issue of Time magazine. Fans can still cast their vote until April 29th at www.Time.com.

Ever dream of opening up for Bon Jovi? Well now is your chance. Katy Perry may come off as outgoing and bubbly, but the pop star can have “moments of insecurity” just like anyone else. Adam Lambert will release Remixes, a six track digital EP containing remixed version of the first two singles off his debut album For Your Entertainment. GREEN DAY ROCKS BROADWAY TO AIR ON MTV

 

On April 16th, Green Day Rocks Broadway, a behind-the-scenes special about the band’s new American Idiot musical, will air on MTV. The play opens in New York on Broadway four days later.
