DESPERATE LAWSUIT! Former Desperate Housewives actress Nicollette Sheridan is suing the creator of the show, saying that he hit her on the head and on the face. Sheridan is suing Marc Cherry for assault and battery and for wrongful termination, claiming he had no right to fire her from the show. JON GOSSELIN TO SUE! Jon Gosselin is planning to sue his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, for full custody of their eight children. According to People.com, Jon and his lawyers call Kate “an absentee parent” and cite Kate’s stint on Dancing With the Stars as one of the reasons she’s never there for the children. SEAN PENN LAWSUIT! According to TMZ, actor Sean Penn threatened a photographer last October in California and is now being sued because of it. The photographer in question has filed a lawsuit claiming Penn not only threatened him but broke his camera and kicked and punched the photog. Back in February, Sean Penn was charged with criminal battery and vandalism.

COREY HAIM UPDATE! According to TMZ, Corey Haim went to seven different doctors and seven different pharmacies in the last two months of his life to get prescription pills. The outlet is reporting that Haim got his hands on over 500 pills, including Vicodin, Valium and Xanax, by going to the different places. The official cause of death for the Lost Boys star has not yet been announced.

DENNIS HOPPER DIVORCE! A judge has decided that Dennis Hopper’s estranged wife and daughter can live on the actor’s property while Hopper and his wife battle out the logistics of their divorce. According to the Associated Press, an investment firm is claiming Annie owes them more than 800-thousand dollars in fees after they helped to get the photographer out of her first set of financial issues. In her 40 year career, Leibovitz has photographed everyone from Bruce Springsteen to Queen Elizabeth to Miley Cyrus.

NO SPLIT! Rumors were swirling that actress Naomi Watts and her husband, actor Liev Schreiber, were about to spilt up. According to New York’s Daily News, that’s false! The pair is doing just fine and vacationing in Barbados with their two children this week.

Katy Perry’s fiancé says most of the documentary will be filmed in India. Grey Gardens’ Albert Maysles will direct the flick. There is no word when we’ll see the doc, but according to the U-K paper the Times, filming for the documentary has finished.
