KEVIN EUBANKS LEAVES TONIGHT! Tonight Show bandleader Kevin Eubanks has announced that he will officially leave the late night show in May. Kevin was the musical leader on the show with Jay Leno for 18 years. A replacement has not yet been announced for Eubanks, but Max Weinberg, who was the house band leader when Conan O’Brien hosted The Tonight Show, has been rumored to be Kevin’s replacement.
STEVEN SEAGAL SEX TRAFFICKING?!? A woman has filed a lawsuit against actor Steven Seagal, claiming the actor sexually assaulted her on her first day of work as his assistant. She also claims Seagal had two females he kept on his staff that attended to his sexual needs. The 23-year-old woman says she applied for Steven’s executive assistant job back in February, but when she started work, the actor allegedly put his hands down her skirt and tried to fondle her breasts. Seagal’s lawyer told TMZ that the woman’s allegations are completely false and states she was fired from her assistant job because she was using illegal narcotics.
CLASH OF THE TITANS IS ON TOP! After early estimates had Date Night winning the weekend box office, the numbers are officially in, and Clash of the Titans is the champ, taking in over 26-million dollars, while the Tina Fey and Steve Carell comedy raked in just over 25-million. It was the closest box office race we have seen in a long time, with How To Train Your Dragon coming in third with just under 25-million dollars. Clash of the Titans has grossed over 110-million dollars since its release two weeks ago. It stars Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes.
NOBODY TO CUT FOOTLOOSE! According to People magazine, producers for the remake of Footloose are having trouble filling the role Kevin Bacon played in the original flick. High School Musical star Zac Efron had previously turned down the role, and now Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford has dropped out of the film. There is no word on who is now being looked at to play the role of “Ren McCormack.”

NO CHARGE IN SEX ASSAULT! Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged with sexual assault after an alleged incident that occurred in a Georgia nightclub last month. According to TMZ, the 20-year-old accusing Ben of the assault in a bathroom wrote a letter to police saying she didn’t want to pursue that case any further.
CALL GIRL IN PLAYBOY! Former New York governor Eliot Spitzer’s call girl, Ashley Dupre, is the cover girl for the May issue of Playboy. Earlier this year, it was reported that some strands of Ashley’s hair caught on fire during a one of the photo shoots for the adult magazine, but that she was unharmed. Dupre told the New York Daily News that all in all she had a great time posing for the pictures. Fans can pick up the new issue of Playboy on Friday.
