Meet Bob Etheridge.  He's a congressman from North Carolina.  He LOVES education.   Just watch.  Can you imagine ever doing this to someone?  I mean, I get mad at the person behind me in line at the store who takes the next open lane even though it's actually my turn...but even then, when I'm justified...I'd never do this.  You decide...outta line, er no?
