Lady Gaga played at the Elton John's Aids fundraiser in the UK.  This is better than anything I've heard from her so far.  And it's sad....as she says the record company will most likely never release this for radio play.  Stupid people in suits making decisions.  This is the first time she performed it anywhere...it's called "You And I."
