Devon Gluck is a senior at the Univeristy of Delaware. He recently went to withdraw some cash from a campus PNC bank ATM.  The ATM mistakenly dispensed $1800!

He took the money from the ATM and held on to it for a couple days before finally deciding to return it.

What would you do? Would you return the money or would you keep it since it technically was the bank and ATM's fault?
