FFB Advice From An Almost Champion: Start 'Em/Sit 'Em Week 3

by Joe

I'm a day late but if you weren't starting Jamal Charles or Lesean McCoy last night then you're just awful at Fantasy Football to begin with. With that out of the way, let's get you ready for the rest of Week 3!

(Screenshot cut me off by I have Vikings D/ST starting and Cowboys K Dan Bailey too)

1. Knowshon Moreno, RB Broncos

I thought that Montee Ball was going to get the bulk of the carries this season since Moreno hasn't really proved himself in nearly 4 seasons in the NFL but he threw a HUGE block on Sunday and scored a couple of TD's as well. If you have him, he's definitely going to get you some added points  and he can catch out of the backfield as well.

2. T.Y. Hilton, WR Colts

Hilton didn't score against the Dolphins last Sunday but he did have some pretty impressive catches and racked up 124 yards receiving. If you need a flex player or a thrid WR this weekend, he should be good to go, especially seeing as Andrew Luck will be rushed with the Niners defense and Hilton can go over the middle.

3. Jordan Cameron, TE Browns

They just dealt Trent Richardson to the Colts and have almost no one to run the ball, pending Willis McGahee passing a physical. Brian Hoyer (GO SPARTY!) gets the start and he'll be looking to get the ball off to a comfort zone guy. Cameron will be it, plus he had a pretty decent week last Sunday.

4. Eddie Royal, WR Chargers

1. Ahmad Bradshaw, RB Colts

You don't have to sit him, but I don't like him now that the Colts have Richardson in the backfield. He'll get some work this weekend but after that, it'll all be Richardson. He'll be best in a Flex spot.

2. Greg Jennings, WR Vikings

Christian Ponder is his QB. Ponder. Is. His. Quarterback. Plus he'll be matched up against Browns star DB Joe Hayden. Not a good look for Jennings this weekend.

3. Any Jaguars Players

Seriously, who do they even have that's putting up points? And they play the Seahawks? Yep, don't start any...actually, just drop any Jaguars player you may have. It's not worth it.

4. Ben Roethlisberger, QB Steelers

The Steelers are not the same as they were a couple of years ago and it's obvious that Ben isn't in rhythm with the offense as they can't get anything going with the running game, which is a Steelers staple. He faces the Bears this weekend, who absolutely harassed Christian Ponder last weekend. Definitely bench him if he's your starting QB.

So that's it! Good luck this week and may your team not get blown out despite all of your players showing out...like I did last week.
