(Duluth, MN)  --  Duluth police have released the name of the woman whose body was found on railroad tracks near a city paper mill Monday morning.  Investigators say 48-year-old Cathy Ann Mclevis was hit by a train the night before and her death was accidental.  She was a resident of Duluth.
