A citizens group says Minnesota state gas tax dollars are being wrongly diverted to ATV and snowmobile trails and has launched a public education campaign to pressure lawmakers to change it. Jeff Brown with the Duluth based "Minnesotans For Responsible Recreation" says if snowmobilers and ATV riders want to play on the state's right-of-ways, they should pay rather than tapping into the 18.5 million dollar gas tax fund.
