(St. Paul, MN)  --  Democrats are blasting Governor Pawlenty for ordering state agencies not to participate in any optional programs under the new federal health care law.  Pawlenty calls it a "misguided piece of legislation" and says he'll do anything he can to "slow down, limit or negate Obamacare."  Duluth Democrat Tom Huntley responds the governor cannot ignore some items in the health care bill because they're in federal and state law.  Minneapolis Democrat Paul Thissen (TEE'-sen) adds with the governor's term coming to a close, "the damage that he can do in the next four months is limited."
