(Undated)  --  Good news for the unemployed in the Twin Cities and across the state.  State officials say employers reported 41-thousand job vacancies in the second quarter, up 32-percent from the same time last year.  That means there are now about five unemployed people for each job vacancy, down from eight per job last year.  It's the first drop in that ratio in Minnesota in four years.  The most openings right now are in the health care and social assistance sectors.
