(Undated) -- There's at least some good news for motorists dealing with Minnesota's construction zones this Labor Day weekend: Crews in most areas will knock off work for the holiday. MN-DOT's Kevin Gutknecht says many projects will wrap up for the weekend by noon today and not resume until Tuesday morning. He says where possible lanes will be reopened. But Gutknecht notes lane restrictions will still be in place in some areas over the holiday weekend, most notably: I-94 at Highway 101 in the northwest metro, I-35 south of Owatonna and I-35 going into downtown Duluth.
