(Minneapolis, MN) -- Javon Walker caught a 63-yard touchdown pass from Joe Webb in the fourth quarter as the Vikings downed the Broncos 31-24 in the preseason finale for both teams at the Metrodome. Tarvaris Jackson started in place of Brett Favre, who took the night off. Jackson was just 2-of-8 for two yards. Rookie Eric Decker, who played collegiate ball at Minnesota, had a strong homecoming by making 10 catches for 114 yards for Denver. The Vikings will travel to New Orleans to face the Saints in the regular season opener next Thursday.
