HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) - The Holland BPW went from within to choose a new General Manager for the municipal utility. Operations Director Dave Koster was promoted in a special board meeting yesterday, beating out Business Services Manager Dan Nally and Wes Kelly, president of a utility in Tennessee. Once contract details are hammered out, probably next month, Koster will assume control of the Tulip City’s electricity, water and sewer services from John Van Ufflen, the interim GM since Loren Howard left in October for a job in Colorado.
