(KDAL) Tuesday afternoon,the Minnesota Vikings and Ramsey county officals announced they have agreed to a partnership to build a proposed stadium in Arden Hills. the stadium, which has an 884 million dollar price tag, would be built at the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant location and would feature a retractable roof. Before the project can move forward, it must first be approved by the legislature, which is scheduled to adjourn may 23^rd.
