UNDATED (WRN) - Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan has decided against a run for the U-S Senate.  The Janesville Republican says he can have the greatest impact on addressing the nation's debt crisis by remaining in the House as Chair of the Budget Committee.  Ryan was at the top of the list of potential candidates to run for the Senate seat held by Herb Kohl who announced he would not be running again in 2012.
