UNDATED (KDAL) - Gas prices are showing signs of dropping but are still far above what they were a year ago.  The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded in Minnesota is now 3.78, a dime lower than a week ago but still over a dollar more than last year at this time.  The nationwide average is 3.81 while most stations in Duluth are at 3.89 and a few are down to 3.85.
