MEQUON, WI (WTAQ) - A judge in Ozaukee County will not move the trial of a 20-year-old man accused of killing his parents, soon after his father wouldn’t give him five-dollars for gas money. Dennis Malloy of Mequon is charged with two counts of intentional homicide in the shooting deaths of Victor and Larissa Markov in mid-April. All three lived together. The younger Markov is scheduled to go on trial January 23rd in Port Washington. He answered the door when police arrived to check on Larissa Markov, who was missing after not showing up for work. Investigators said Markov mentioned the gas money dispute later.
