ST. PAUL, MN (KDAL) - To address the problem of bullying in Minnesota schools, Governor Mark Dayton has established a task force to look into the prevention of bullying. The task force is being charged with examining the best practices and policies to prevent bullying and to provide the Governor and legislature with recommendations on how to solve the problem.
