DULUTH, MN (KDAL) -  A ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday will officially open the Canal Park Brewing Company in Duluth.  The owners say the facility was designed as a place for people to gather, drink beer and have a great time.  Their goal is to create curiosity in craft beer styles by brewing epic batches and building a brew culture in their hometown of Duluth.  Besides beer, the menu includes locally farmed ingredients whenever possible.  The Canal Park Brewing Company is open for lunch and dinner starting at 11 a-m each day.
