Local brewer Ken Thiemann will unveil two new beer varieties at the Borealis Fermentery holiday party this evening at Beaner's Central in West Duluth. The small, award-winning brewery located near Knife River plans to introduce Homdinger, a Beligian-style hoppy amber ale, and Cinderclaws, a dark holiday brew made from maple sugar and star anise. The party will include local music and pizza, begins at 8 p.m. and is open to the public.
