Duluth, MN (KDAL) - The unemployment rates in Minnesota and Wisconsin came down yesterday. The rate in Minnesota dropped from from five point nine percent to five point seven. In the past year Minnesota has added fifty five thousand new jobs. Similar results were reported Thursday in Wisconsin.
