Duluth is banking that it will indeed be "Warmer by the Lake" today. The annual celebration begins at 2 p.m. at Bayfront Park and precedes the final evening of the season's Bentleyville Tour of Lights. City officials are planning marshmallow roasting and live entertainment. Bentleyville goes out with a bang, with a fireworks display beginning at 6:30 p.m.
